It is high time someone has written a book on the history of meat eating humans. I am sure that pure survival has led to such an unhealthy custom. Humanity has a great potential to save - meat industry is a big polluter! I am not quite sure that pharmaceutical corporations will like the idea of not sick customers...so they will fight any study like this one, or at least make sure it never gets to mainstream media.
